These prizes are funded and distributed solely by Turf Sports, Inc., as part of our user engagement and marketing efforts.
No wagering, gambling, or betting takes place on Turf.
All contests are either:
Skill-based competitions, or
Promotional sweepstakes that comply with applicable laws (e.g. “No purchase necessary” rules).
Turf does not accept user deposits, sell entry tokens, or offer cash-out features related to wagering.
No purchase or payment is required to participate in any contest or be eligible for prizes.

By using the Service, you agree that:
AI content is advisory only and may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for how you use any AI-generated suggestions.
Misrepresent your age or identity
Use bots, automation, or exploit bugs
Violate any applicable law or regulation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violating these rules.
All content on Turf—including AI outputs, game prompts, interface, and branding—is the property of Turf Sports, Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.
Turf is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Participation in Turf is for entertainment purposes only.
Turf Sports, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using Turf.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turf Sports, Inc. from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute must be brought in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
